Learn Python by Doing It Yourself: http://diypython.com. We will start off with the very basics and then explore other intermediate to advanced topics. This is not your typical class: there will be some lecture, but a lot of hands on doing it yourself (hence the name).

Please bring a laptop or some computer (Raspberry Pi, Tablet, etc) that can run Python.

This first class will cover Python 101 of both Python 2.7 and 3.4. Covering types, classes, flow control, and other basic concepts.
